We’re committed to building a next-generation aviation company, and engaging a workforce with diverse backgrounds and perspectives is a core part of that vision. From our robust apprenticeship and internship programs to our relationships with organizations like the Patti Grace Smith Fellowship, Brooke Owens Fellowship, Monterey Bay DART, DoD-SkillBridge, The James Irvine Foundation, Mujeres Latinas en Acción and many others, we are working hard to break down socioeconomic barriers and establish more diverse pipelines to getting a start at entry level roles in the aviation industry.
