Luncheon Brings Restaurant Leaders Together for a Look at AIO

Santa Cruz Works and AIO are hosting a private luncheon on Tuesday, May 13 at the Cocoanut Grove in Santa Cruz, bringing together a select group of restaurant leaders from across Santa Cruz County for an invitation-only conversation focused on the future of restaurant technology. Complimentary lunch will be provided, and seating is limited. We are currently accepting applications to attend.

The event will introduce guests to AIO, the world’s first all-in-one AI platform built specifically for restaurants. AIO’s platform is designed to bring restaurant operations into a single system, with products spanning ordering and payment, marketing, staff management, inventory, office functions, and analytics. The company also highlights AI-powered tools for review analysis, shift scheduling, payroll, invoice scanning, recipe costing, inventory forecasting, and a network of 27 AI agents built to automate routine operational work.

For restaurant operators, the appeal is straightforward: fewer disconnected systems, better visibility into costs and guest data, and more automation in the parts of the business that typically consume time behind the scenes. AIO says its platform is built to help restaurants manage everything from direct online ordering and guest marketing to bookkeeping, food cost analysis, and labor efficiency from one native platform.

This luncheon is not a public event. It is a private gathering for invited guests and an opportunity to meet AIO’s executive leadership face to face, ask questions directly, and explore how AI is beginning to reshape restaurant operations in practical, measurable ways. The setting is intentionally small, with a focus on real conversation, peer connection, and an early look at tools designed specifically for hospitality businesses.

Lunch guests will also receive information about Santa Cruz Launchpad 2026, happening the same day at the Cocoanut Grove. Launchpad is Santa Cruz County’s largest job fair and is expected to bring together 40+ companies and 600+ active job seekers, creating an additional opportunity for restaurants looking to meet local talent.
