Parallel Flight Receives $2M

Parallel Flight has been awarded an additional $2M in funding from the National Security Innovation Capital, a program within the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) of the Department of Defense. This follows the successful completion of an initial $1M tranche, which included key milestones like Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations and validation of Firefly's powertrain reliability. The funding will support verifying Firefly’s performance, building additional aircraft, and conducting demonstrations for DoD customers, showcasing its versatility and potential for defense applications.
