Seymour Marine Discovery Center Hosts Logo Design Competition
The Seymour Marine Discovery Center is excited to announce a logo design competition to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Open to artists and ocean enthusiasts of all ages, the competition invites participants to create a design that encapsulates the spirit of the Seymour Center and its commitment to marine science education and coastal stewardship.
Competition Details
Theme: The design should celebrate the Seymour Center’s 25-year history and its ongoing mission to educate the public about the ocean and its importance.
Submission Deadline: Monday, December 2nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
Prizes:
Adults Category (18+):
1st Place: One-year membership to the Seymour Center and glory
2nd Place: Six one-day passes to the Seymour Center
Kids Category (Under 18):
1st Place: Plush toy and tote bag featuring the winning design
How to Enter:
Create Your Design: Design a logo that reflects the Seymour Center’s mission and values.
Submit Your Design: You can hand submit your design in a sealed envelope to the front desk worker of the Seymour Center with your name, age, and contact information in the envelope, or digitally submit your design by email your design to ercasare@ucsc.edu by the deadline with your contact information.
