Annual Santa Cruz Works Member Survey

We are conducting a survey to help us learn more about your interests. Essentially, we are asking you to help guide our selection of newsletter content, webinar topics & speakers, and services such as Jobs and CEO Works. Your ideas and feedback will help us continue to improve our support to the community.

Please be assured that we will keep this information confidential. For example, we won't provide your name/email to anyone. The results will be published only in aggregate.

Generally, we may wish to highlight certain comments, but we will not associate your name with any comments, unless you explicitly give us written permission. We only ask for your name and contact information so that we may contact you if you are a winner.

Those who participate will have the chance to win fabulous prizes!

• Prizes will be provided at random as a gift card or promo code.

• To qualify, you must have attended at least one of our events in 2020.

• Correct contact information must be provided and the survey must be completed to receive prizes

• Limited to 1 response per member.

• This survey closes at 9pm PT Monday August 4 assuming we receive at least 300 responses.
