The largest hackathon on the central coast is back for the 10th year: Cruz Hacks 2022 on January 14-16. This year will again be virtual. Whether you are a business leader, engineer, marketer, hiring manager, or project manager, you will want to participate as a judge and/or mentor. Find new talent to hire for your company. Suggest a project that aligns with your company. Experience the passion to build solutions for global warming, pandemic, and social justice. Bring your company’s solutions into the team projects.

As a mentor, you need to be available via Slack to the team that adopts you throughout the entire event. As a judge, you will only be called on for several hours on Sunday to review and score projects in the categories assigned to you.
