Santa Cruz–based Climatize, an SEC-registered and FINRA-member funding portal, has surpassed $12 million invested across 25 renewable energy projects nationwide. These include solar arrays powering a Brooklyn high school, EV charging stations in San Juan Bautista and Sacramento with local developer Mynt Systems, and energy-efficiency upgrades for low-income communities in Rhode Island. To date, more than $3.4 million has been repaid to investors.

The company’s $79 million project pipeline points to even greater potential at the mid-market level.

Climatize’s growth has been accelerated by new AI integrations that accelerate project evaluation. Traditionally, large Wall Street renewable deals can afford extensive consultants, however smaller projects in the range of $250,000 to $5 million often cannot. Climatize’s agentic AI blends large language models, supervision, and memory to research local permitting, flag missing documentation, and model financing structures. This has cut diligence costs and helped the company scale from launching one project every six weeks to four projects per month.
