Paid Internships for Cabrillo College Students

Cabrillo College wants to partner with local employers to create paid internship opportunities for students.

"Paid vs volunteer work makes a huge difference',” explains Desha Staley-Raatior, Career Development Director at Cabrillo College. “This is an equity issue for students who may not have the financial wherewithal to do volunteer work. Most of our students need to work while in school.”

For local employers, th is a great way to develop a pipeline of local talent into your company while providing a learning experience for our students.
