Today: Science Playground at the MAH

As we celebrate Computer Science Education Week, the Santa Cruz County Office of Education is convening a Community Computer Science Playground for families and children. From learning to code robots and games, to engaging in an encryption scavenger hunt as well as building a computer using Piper Kits and taking apart a real computer. Students and families will get a chance to explore various disciplines in computer science. Learners of all ages are welcome to join us for an evening of hands-on computer science. There will be live demonstrations, hands-on activities and opportunities to interact with industry members and other passionate computer scientists.
