SUP Shack Team Adventures at the Santa Cruz Harbor
Looking for a team-building experience that's a little different from the usual office outing? SUP Shack invites local teams to trade desks and screens for fresh air, laughter and an adventure on the water.
Celebrating 15 years at the Santa Cruz Harbor, SUP Shack offers private team-building experiences combining stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and fun team activities in the protected waters of the harbor.
No previous paddling experience is necessary. SUP Shack provides the equipment, PFDs and beginner instruction before heading onto the water.
These experiences are designed to be fun and relaxed while naturally encouraging communication, teamwork and connection. A team adventure can include SUP, kayaking, team challenges and beach activities, from encouraging a first-time paddler to simply laughing together on the water.
Plan Your Santa Cruz Team Day
Experiences typically last 1 to 2 hours, making them easy to include in a company outing, retreat or team day. SUP Shack offers options for groups of up to 20 people, from smaller teams looking for a private harbor escape to larger groups wanting a full team adventure.
After the paddle, teams can continue their day with lunch, drinks or time at the beach, making the Santa Cruz Harbor a great destination for time away from the office.
