Calling Santa Cruz Companies in the Wrigley Building: Help Inspire the Next Generation of Innovators
Through a partnership between Santa Cruz Works and the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, we're welcoming 100 high school students from across the county for a hands-on career exploration event.
Think back to when you were young. Chances are, a moment like this, meeting someone from the field and seeing what a career could actually look like, helped shape the path you chose. This is your chance to be that moment for a student today.
Students will:
Learn about your company and mission
Explore career pathways in innovation and entrepreneurship
Engage in small-group conversations with professionals
Why participate:
Build your company's visibility and reputation in the local community
Connect with future talent early and help shape the local workforce pipeline
Give your team a meaningful, low-lift volunteer opportunity
Strengthen your brand as a company invested in youth and education
This is a low-pressure, high-impact opportunity to inspire the next generation. See highlights from our May event.
